Complaints, warranty periods

1. The Seller provides an extended warranty for the goods for a period of thirty-six (36) months.

2. The three-year warranty period applies to all Buyers (Consumers and Entrepreneurs).

3. The warranty period begins on the day the Buyer takes over the goods.

4. The warranty excludes damage caused by improper handling and failure to follow the instructions in the operating instructions. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the products or their individual parts. The warranty is void if the product is tampered with by another person. The buyer's rights under the law are not limited by this warranty.

5. The Buyer must send a notification of the defect to the Seller at the e-mail address stiznosti@obytnaq.cz, with the notification containing at least a description of the defect with photo documentation.

6. Notifications made in any other manner or notifications not containing the above-specified elements are not made properly and do not establish the Buyer's rights under the warranty and liability for defects.

7. Notification must be made without undue delay after the defect is discovered and if it is not made no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of discovery of the defect, claims under the warranty and liability for defects shall lapse.

8. The buyer's claims for defects in the goods arise from the relevant provisions of the law. Based on the notification of the complaint, we offer the buyer, at our option, a repair, discount or exchange of the goods. We have a reasonable period of time to eliminate the defect. Further claims of the buyer beyond the above framework - compensation for damages are excluded, unless it is an intentional fault or a gross negligence of the seller.
